Cyclone Tour in short
Volkl Cyclone Tour takes the proven Cyclone formula and adds a twist - literally. The twisted gear-shaped construction offers more comfort and liveliness than the original while retaining the excellent spin and control. Playtesters found it to be a comparatively springy co-poly with softer response than standard Cyclone, making it more accessible to a wider range of players.
Poly Tour Pro in short
Yonex Poly Tour Pro is a softer playing poly stretched at high temperature during production to improve tension maintenance. "I felt like I could put the ball on a dime with it!" - exceptional control on fast swings. The ball seems to sink into it like a pillow at contact. Despite being firm, it has above average comfort for a poly with the yellow version playing slightly softer than black. Not the most spin-friendly in the Yonex family (actually the least), but the control and predictable response make it a favorite among power players. Don't try to get more than a month out of it - when it dies, it's done.
