At age 6
- Brand charts split here: Wilson says 21 inches, HEAD starts its 23 at 6. Use height to decide.
- Avoid an adult or 25 inch racquet "to grow into"; it slows learning.
- Spend on lessons and balls, not an expensive frame.
Note: HEAD lists its 23 inch junior from age 6 (45–49 in tall).
