Juan Carlos Ferrero's residential academy on a rural estate near Villena, with 12 clay courts, 12 hard courts (1 of them indoor) and 1 grass court. Players live, train and study on site. The published annual fee is by the month, and short stays are sold by the week.

What the price covers: Annual fee covers training, accommodation and full board, physiotherapy for injuries, testing and reports, accident insurance and competition coaching. Not included: laundry, stringing, private lessons, tournament expenses, medical insurance. Short stays leave out laundry, tournament expenses and stringing.

- Summer Stage gives 5% off for returning players and 5% for siblings, not combined.
- Balance for short stays is due at least 15 days before the start. A full refund needs cancellation 4 weeks before.
