Yes. Babolat's help centre tells players who like and use Babolat products to send a request through its sponsorship form. The form asks for USTA rankings, the TennisRecruiting.net class ranking and UTR. Babolat's marketing director told Tennis Warehouse that its international ambassadors are 12 to 35, and some countries support exceptional players from 9 or 10.
